• Intellectual property rights for custom work will be addressed in the agreement

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall HyperBadge or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on HyperBadge's website, even if HyperBadge or a HyperBadge authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
